What did we do?
We were "NASA engineers" who had to prototype rockets that could reach the moon while making sure that the human they were carrying survived. Our "human" was an egg. In order to do this, we built three different rockets. The first time we all had to build paper rockets and the requirement was that we could launch them while carrying the egg. Then the second time we had the choice between building a paper rocket and a bottle rocket. This time, we had to make sure that the rocket went over 50 feet and launched while carrying the egg. The third and final time most of us built bottle rockets. Not only did we have to make sure it went over 50 feet and launch with the egg we also had to make sure the egg survived.
My Rockets
For the first launch and second launch my partner was Jasmine Contile. We made paper rockets both times and both times our egg survived. First time our Rocket was called The American Pencil. Second time we made a feminist rocket. The third time my partners were Ben Supranovich and Kennedy Anderson. We also made a paper rocket that was themed Peter Pan. This time we had a budget of 1.5 million dollars that we could not go over or else we would not be able to launch.
